• The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) manages an ambitious program called the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI) initiative. This program, one of the original projects formed under the President’s Management Agenda (PMA), is building an enterprise data repository containing the complete electronic record for all 1.8 million active Federal employees. This system eliminates the use of paper-based employment folders, facilitates electronic transfer and separation, and enables the electronic analysis against integrated HR, Payroll, and Training data.
SE Solutions assists EHRI’s program management office to manage its incredible complexities. Our consulting approach addresses how EHRI’s current and future efforts relate to OPM and OMB’s governance. Our approach assists EHRI in charting future technology integration and assists EHRI in working with its various stakeholders to do more with less.
